We offer state of the art technology within a modern facility opening its doors to the community and the public on March 1st, 2019. We are looking to hire a hardworking, self-motivated Psychiatrist to join our motivating team of experts for out-patient care.
Complete a structured clinical interview and initial evaluations on all new patients;
Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders of recipients under his/her care;
Provide medication management, education, and therapy as required by ordering and prescribing treatment along with a follow-up on treatment outcomes;
Participate in the development of, and is a signatory of treatment plans;
Conduct mental status examinations.

A graduate of a medical school approved by the New York State Education Department;
Completion of approved residency in Psychiatry;
Licensed to practice Psychiatry in New York State, in good standing;
Certified or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Psychiatry;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff;
Excellent assessment, diagnostic and psychopharmacological treatment skills;
Strong clinical skills working with individuals with mental illness;
Strong dedication to workplace mentorship.
